Manual processes slow you down and are prone to errors. Frequent application switching and paperwork can lead to misplaced documents, incomplete information, and data entry mistakes.
OneSpan's pre-built integrations for Workday boost employee productivity and eliminate manual work and errors by enabling you to initiate signing processes directly from Workday. Once documents are eSigned, they are automatically stored in Workday, which lightens the workload and strengthens your record keeping, compliance, and auditability.
In this video, we will demonstrate a report scheduled to run on a recurring basis. The report will generate a list of employees required to sign a corporate policy document.
Once a signing process is completed, the completed documents and audit trail are automatically returned to Workday and attached to the employee’s record in the “Documents” tab.
Here’s how it works in a few easy steps:
The HR manager accesses their Workday application.
They open a report with a list of existing employees who need to sign a corporate policy annually, or new employees hired during the last month who need to sign onboarding documents.
The OneSpan Sign admin sets the recurring date and time for each report to send out the agreements for eSignature. At that time, recipients will receive an email notification prompting them to sign the document. They access the document securely and digitally sign it.
Once all required signatures are captured, the documents are automatically marked ‘completed’ and stored in each employee’s Workday profile.
This automatic document management eliminates the need for manual uploading and ensures that all signed documents are securely stored in Workday.
Signed documents are available as attachments. The attachment consists of the signed document and its embedded audit trail, which provides a detailed overview of the entire signing process. Your organization can audit the entire signing process, including who signed the document, when it was signed, and any modifications made.
